Wine, Beer and Distilling Tanks

AMI can provide Wine, Beer and Distilling tanks to your standard or custom design. Round and square tanks in a variety of sizes, styles, types and capacities are available. Standard and custom accessories are available for most tanks and cooling and heating systems are accessible for most applications.

Standard tank construction is stainless steel, with a standard choice of 304 and 316. Custom fabrication includes carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel material of your choice.

After fabrication all welds are cleaned and buffed, special additional treatment of the tank weld is also available. All welds can be ground and polished to 150 grit finish with a band. Passivation of the welds and electro-polishing is a normal tank treatment.

Fittings for adding and removing product, hose hook-up and special applications are offered. Cam and Groove, sanitary fittings   I-line and S-line, safety bungs and vents are offered. Special measurement instruments and sight gauges are available.
